Overview

Puzzle & Facts: World Journey (“Puzzle & Facts”, “the app”, “we”, “us”) is a puzzle game provided by Ahmed Shadad. This policy explains the information the app stores, the services it uses, and the choices available to players.

Information stored on your device

The app stores gameplay and preference information locally to make the game work, such as puzzle progress, coin balance, selected language, sound settings, puzzle mode, player name and avatar, notification preferences, and other game settings.

Advertising

The app may show ads provided by Google AdMob. Google and its ad partners may process information needed to deliver ads, measure performance, prevent fraud, and maintain ad services, subject to their own privacy terms and applicable law.

Children and players whose age is unknown receive child-safe ad treatment. The app requests child treatment and a general-audience ad content rating for that path. Standard advertising settings are available only after an adult age selection and parent check.

Children and families

Puzzle & Facts is designed to provide a child-friendly game mode. We apply child-safe advertising treatment for child and unknown-age players. We do not knowingly ask children to provide contact details, payment card details, precise location, photos, microphone access, camera access, SMS, or call-log data.

Services used by the app

Depending on enabled features and app version, Puzzle & Facts uses Google Play services, Firebase services, Google AdMob, and other service providers to operate the game. These services may process technical and usage information such as device type, operating-system version, app version, app interactions, diagnostics, crash data, approximate location derived from network information, and device or app identifiers.

Puzzle Clash may process the public player name, avatar, room code, game settings, gameplay progress, and results needed to create and operate a private multiplayer room. Where cloud synchronisation is available, game progress and profile information may be associated with the app's anonymous or signed-in game identity.

How information is used and shared

We use information to provide gameplay, save progress, award coins, enable multiplayer rooms, deliver notifications that you enable, protect the app from fraud and abuse, diagnose problems, understand game performance, and meet legal obligations.

Information is shared only with service providers when needed for these purposes, or when required by law. We do not sell personal or sensitive user data.

Your choices and controls

• You can change game settings, language, sound, and notification preferences in the app.
• You can turn off device notifications through Android settings.
• You can clear local app data or uninstall the app to remove locally stored game settings and progress.
• You can manage advertising and Google Play settings through your device and Google account settings.

Retention and security

Local game data remains on your device until you clear app data or uninstall the app. Data processed by third-party services is retained under their applicable policies. We use reasonable safeguards, but no method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure.

Current image source, licence, and attribution details are available on the Image Credits and Licences page. If you believe that content in Puzzle & Facts infringes your rights, contact us with enough information to identify it and we will review the request.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the app or its data practices change. The current version will always be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
